Moylan Construction Company was founded in 1971 by president and owner Jim Moylan. Throughout the cyclical periods of the national oil booms, Moylan Construction has used steady growth combined with experienced and innovative personnel to become a leader in the pipeline construction market. Our personnel have combined knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and of our OQ program, thereby ensuring that our customers can reply upon a safety record that is above industry standards.
